There was only one event which was able to tear me away from my warm sofa yesterday, and that was the Selfridges Really Really Great Garage Sale. The concept was fantastic- essentially a rake of celebrities auctioning off their designer threads in the car park of Selfridges in aid of Mothers4Children. The reality was even better- although ShowShoppers didn't manage to bag any treasures (we had our heart set on

Other lucky ladies managed to get their greedy little hands on Claudia Schiffer’s brand new D&G bag for £200. BARGAIN. Jemima Khan’s Alexander McQueen dress went for £300, Mini Driver’s Armani floor-length gown for £260, Yasmin Le Bon’s Alaia Dress sold for £350 and Rob Lowe’s Prada suit for £100. Amazing day, amazing bargains, amazing cause. Selfridges can you make this an annual event please?!
